Vihreä Watti Oy continues its strong growth in Finland through both organizational expansion and new energy storage projects. The company has recruited new sales representatives to meet increasing demand in different regions, while several new BESS projects (Battery Energy Storage System) are currently underway across the country.

We would like to warmly welcome our new representatives: Isto Janhunen, Timo Puustinen, and Marko Roots, who will strengthen Vihreä Watti Oy’s regional presence and customer service.

  • Marko Roots is responsible for the regions of Uusimaa, Päijät-Häme, Kanta-Häme, and Kymenlaakso.
  • Isto Janhunen serves the regions of Pirkanmaa, Varsinais-Suomi, Satakunta, and South Ostrobothnia.
  • Timo Puustinen is responsible for Central Finland, South Savo, and Pirkanmaa.

With these new additions, we are able to serve our customers faster and provide local expertise for businesses, farms, industrial operators, and organizations planning energy investments.

Multiple BESS Installations Underway

At the same time, Vihreä Watti Oy is currently installing several BESS energy storage systems across Finland. These projects include both smaller cabinet-scale battery systems and larger container-scale solutions suitable for demanding industrial applications and energy grid environments.

Demand for energy storage solutions is growing rapidly as companies and property owners seek ways to reduce electricity costs, improve energy security, and make more efficient use of renewable energy. Battery systems can be used to balance consumption peaks, store solar electricity, and participate in reserve and electricity markets.

Supporting Finland’s Energy Transition

The growth of Vihreä Watti Oy demonstrates that smart energy solutions are now an important part of Finland’s energy transformation. With new representatives and ongoing projects, the company is playing a strong role in building a cleaner, more efficient, and more self-sufficient energy future across Finland.
